How length reads on you
- Necklace length reads relative to your neck and frame, not as a fixed number. The same length can sit as a choker on one frame and rest at the collarbone on another.
- Decide the look you want first, choker, collarbone, or longer, then choose the length that achieves that look on your own frame, not the length that reads as “base” on the chart.
- Each length ships with a built-in 1-inch extension, so it's wearable at the listed length or up to an inch longer without a clasp change.

Why the price can move. No two lab-grown diamonds or gemstones are dimensionally identical. Where a stone differs from the CAD specification, or we source the nearest available size, the gold is adjusted to hold it securely and protect the design. Total carat weight and gold weight can move either way, typically within 5 to 8 percent.
Nothing happens without you. Any change is confirmed before production. Excess is refunded proactively, residual collected before delivery.

Gold in India has nearly tripled in value over the past decade (MCX, 2014 to 2024). Lab-grown diamonds keep more of that budget in metal, not in diamond markup. Past performance does not guarantee future returns.
On material pricing
You pay only for what goes into your piece. Because every order is made to specification, material weights are confirmed during production. If the final weight comes in under the estimate, the difference is refunded before dispatch. If it comes in slightly over, we invoice the difference, typically within 5 to 8 percent of the stated weight, and confirm with you before anything is collected. Nothing is charged without your knowledge.
- 10-14 business days minimum for production. More time where custom diamond cuts and complex designs are involved. Bespoke and customized orders run on a case-by-case timeline, communicated before anything begins.
- Shipped insured and tracked, door to door, through secured courier partners across India.
- Coverage doesn't yet reach every pin code, mainly smaller towns outside major courier networks. Not sure if we deliver to yours? Message us on WhatsApp, before or after ordering, we'll confirm before anything ships.
- Cancel within 24 hours of confirmation, no questions asked, full detail under Common Questions below. Once production starts, each piece is built specifically for your order, not held as returnable stock, so general returns aren't available past that point.
- Manufacturing defect? We remake or repair at no cost. That is not a policy. It is the standard.
Store in the keepsake box when not worn. Avoid perfumes, lotions, and chemicals. Clean gently with a soft lint-free cloth. Remove before swimming or bathing.
