How long until my order ships?
Every piece is made to order. Production and hand-finishing typically take 10-15 business days, followed by insured shipping within India. You'll receive updates at each stage.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Changes are possible within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. Reach out on WhatsApp or email and we'll adjust accordingly.
What is your resizing and return policy?
We offer one complimentary lifetime resizing on all eligible rings designs. For returns, made-to-order pieces are subject to specific conditions - please refer to our refund policy for full details.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. Diamonds below 1 carat carry SGL or IGI jewelry-level certification. Diamonds of 1 carat and above come with an individual IGI certificate accompanying the piece.
What is the resale value of lab-grown diamonds?
Lab-grown diamonds are not an investment vehicle - neither are most mined diamonds outside of exceptional stones. What lab-grown gives you is a lower entry price for the same physical diamond. A stone that would cost ₹5,00,000 mined costs a fraction of that lab-grown - which means you own more diamond, more design, and more pieces for the same budget. Buy it because you want to wear it, not because you expect to sell it.
